The Secret - Law of Attraction - Define and Apply

The Law of Attraction is very real and people are utilizing it right now to achieve their dreams and goals. Through monitoring and controlling your attitude and perception you can change the experiences in your life. The programming that lies in the depths of your subconscious mind is that which controls your conscious mind, which in turn controls the choices and decisions you make in relation to the direction your life takes. By thinking positively you will be much more likely to have positive experiences to match. The bible verse that says "as you sow so shall you reap" is in line with the Law of Attraction, as is the passage "if you speak death you will eat death". Both indicate that what you think, do, feel and believe is where life will take you.

Anyone who begins to understand the Law of Attraction will want to convert to positive thinking. For those who experience difficulty mustering up a positive mood, simply plant that smile on your face and the feeling will follow! It is important to understand that it's your very own thoughts that are controlling your emotions, so steer your thinking and your emotions will improve as well. The best way to learn is through experience, and by analyzing your thinking patterns and the way they are making you feel you can realign yourself to the law of attraction until it simply becomes second nature.

If you don’t believe you deserve good things to come to you then they won't. This means the Law of Attraction demands you improve your self esteem and confidence so you are ready to receive your dreams. The things, people and experiences in your life will all relate to what you really believe, so if you don’t like something you see around you, start with analyzing yourself. The Law of Attraction wont work in your favor if you force yourself to think good thoughts yet walk around in a foul mood. You have to feel, think and expect that what you want is being drawn your way. If you are doing something in your life that is disrespecting yourself then the Law of Attraction will ensure you only get what you are stating you are worth with those actions. If something you are thinking or feeling is not something you would want thought or felt about you, stop doing it immediately. To further your understanding and deepen your connection to the true source of universal love, God, you can learn other laws such as The Law of Pure Desire, The Law of Paradoxical Intent and The Law of Harmony.

To learn about belief and surrender, read The Law of Pure Desire. This law teaches you to use love as your guide and be passionate in your pursuits. The Law of Pure Desire teaches you to incant what you would like to attract so your subconscious mind can lead you towards it. Losing all negative beliefs relating to your own self worth, you must imagine yourself being there living in your dream future life, feeling the wonderful emotions. Being open minded so you recognize when your dreams arrive in a different form to what you originally visualized is also part of this law.

The Law of Paradoxical Intent is most importantly relating to trust, letting go and believing joy will be yours, regardless of all else. It involves being concise in your intentions and avoiding distractions. The Law of Paradoxical Intent reminds you to maintain calmness, stay relaxed and don’t allow impatience or urgency to drive you. Learning to measure internal not external happiness and be in a state of thankfulness for the life you have rather than focusing on what you are missing out on are vital for being able to live in the moment and utilize this law.

No one likes to be judged or criticized, and the Law of Harmony is all about not judging others. If you do your best to make every relationship harmonious and be kind and forgiving to everyone you will be rewarded in your own life. Use every opportunity to give and help out because you never know when you may need the same help yourself. The Law of Harmony refreshes your motivation to be propelled to do for love alone and to seek kinship with other people.

If you maintain a clear focus towards peace, happiness, beauty and love the world around you will be full of those things. If you instead allow yourself to be drawn down into negative actions and thoughts of criticism or competition, then that is all you will see. Uncover your deep and true desires and allow them to be your motivation and guide for life and what you want will be where you go. You only need to do your part by making these changes you are in control of and the Law of Attraction and the universe will arrange the rest.

Don't Get Overwhelmed By Taking the Necessary Actions

The last post described some great tips on what you should to to have the Law of Attraction working in your favor. I know it may be hard to cut the time out of your day to do these things, but it is very important. Taking the time to sit down and write down what you want to achieve in each area of your life shouldn't take very long, but it should get you critically thinking about what you want to do with your life, and what you want to achieve.

Making a vision board may seem like a hassle for many people, especially those who do not have any magazines or newspapers lying around. Here's a quick tip: Use the internet. Do a Google Image search on the things that you want, copy and paste the pictures into a word document and print out your vision board onto paper. It works the same way. But why? Why use a vision board if you are going to visualize in your mind anyway? A vision board stimulates the initial visualization process and makes it much more powerful. Wouldn't you agree that things seem more "real" and believable when we can see them with our own eyes? A vision board is an essential tool for visualization in the present tense--which also happens to be an essential ingredient to getting what you want with the Law of Attraction.

Taking action is probably the hardest step in the entire process. Wouldn't we all like to think that we can just think about and imagine what we want and heave them appear at our doorstep? Doing those things is what is needed to make available the things that you want, but when it all comes down to it, YOU must reach out and grab it (taking action). So why not just skip the entire process and jump right into taking action? If you are able to do so, by all means, do so! The other steps are for the things we cannot control, which hinder us from getting what we really want.

I'm an avid Christian so more important steps for me in this entire process is prayer, faith, trust in God, and knowing that it is not the 'Universe' that puts into motion all of these things that I attract (or that God allows me to attract into my life), but is the omni-present God of the entire Universe.

Five Steps To Create Your Vision By Applying The Law of Attraction

Human beings control their own lives and destinies. In order to lead a good life, they need to be have leadership qualities. One of the essential qualities is the ability to look beyond the past into the future. Real leader uses past experience as reference. He will not dwell in it no matter if it is good or bad. Like Anthony Robbins frequently said in his works " The past does not equal to the future unless you live there". Leader learns lesson from the past but he is not obsessed in it. Neither is he regretted nor euphoric about the past. He just accepts the past as fact. He only looks for what course of actions he needs to take for the future. Leader must have visions. In this article, we will talk about how to create vision for the future of your life.

In order to have good future, we must have the ability to see what will be our desired situation. There are a few steps to proceed in order to create the quality of having vision. The ability to look into your desired future will be fundamental to your success. The steps include:

1. Write down what you want in each area of your life.

There must be many things that you desire. Write down your goals in each area. Your goals can be about your health, education, financial, career, relationship, spiritual or self improvement. Make sure that you cover all major areas which you think are important. Writing down your goals will be the most important step to induce to the ability to see the future more clearly.

2. Create your vision board.

Make your vision board by searching for some photos that match your goals. They do not have to be exactly the some photos that match what you want but have to be some relevant ones. They can be from any sources like magazines, your own albums, Internet or other printed materials. Gather all the photos down and paste them on a big board in the way you want. This is your vision board to make you excited about the future. This is where you come back to see every time you want to encourage yourself and to look into your future.

3. Visualize your success from your vision board.

Look at each photo in the vision board and visualize that you have achieved in each area. Feel your feeling when you visualize. Visualization is a most powerful tool to success. It is also one way to practice your ability to look into future and create your vision.

4. Take massive actions until you succeed.

You will not succeed without taking actions. There is no vision for the one who does not take any action. Because without action, your ability to see the future disappears. If you have no control over future by not taking any action, how can you see what will happen? Make sure that you take enough actions if you want to create your own vision.

5. Focus and employ the law of attraction.

Focus on what you want until you succeed. With the intense focus on your goals, you will attract the circumstances and attributes you want into your life according to the law of attraction. The more focus you have, the higher chance of success you will acquire.

Every good leader has the ability to see his future including his organization's future. This article talks about five simple steps to create your vision by applying the law of attraction.

Law of Attraction "Goldmine" is NOT What it May Seem

Although most people see a goldmine when hear that they can be, do, and have whatever they want just by thinking about it, most don't understand that the Law of Attraction is much more complicated and involved than just simply "thinking" about what they want in order to get it (I'll go into that a little more in a minute). Also, they may think about what they want, but what are they dwelling on for the rest of the day? The bill that just came in and what's going to happen if they don't pay it? How they can't get any sleep because of their neighbors loud music?

While nothing can be absolutely proved when it comes to the Law of Attraction, popular theory suggests that everything that goes on in your mind causes a vibration, and the bigger the vibration, the faster whatever you are attracting will come to you (be it something you wanted, or something you did not want). Empty thoughts that aren't associated with any kind of emotion or personal feelings don't cause much of a vibration, and aren't significant enough to override all of the negative things we are exposed to in this world--which inevitably cause you to have negative thoughts, even if they are thoughts that are completely void of emotion/feeling, they're enough to cancel out the empty thoughts of the things you DO want.

In order to make the Law of Attraction work for you, it's best to set aside a portion (more than once a day; perhaps upon waking up, and before bed) of your day to relax, and "think" about what you want. By "think", I mean fully emmerse yourself in the situation you want to be in, and picture it in the PRESENT-tense... do not picture yourself in the future in that situation, picture yourself having what you want--NOW. That is an important thing that many people overlook.

So to conclude this post, the Law of Attraction may not be the "Goldmine" that people think of it as when they are first exposed to the idea. It's not as easy as just thinking about what you want and then going on with your day. There must be a significant amount of "vibration" coming from those thoughts, and that happens when you visualize and get your emotions/feelings wrapped up in your thoughts.

Is the Law of Attraction Action-Required?

For most people, hearing that you can be, do or have anything you want just by thinking about it is an incredibly attractive message. Some people will go to work on the knowledge they learn whereas others will just sit back and wait to see others using this law before they try it themselves.

The person who really makes an effort with becoming more deliberate about what they attract will start to see an increase in abundance show up in their lives. At first it can start off slow but once you’ve practiced feeling good and visualizing your desires for a month or so, the abundance will soon increase.

But can you really sit at home and just visualize a pot of gold and expect that pot to appear from out of thin air? Realistically that won’t ever happen. Yet remember this… it is just as easy for the universe to bring you one dollar as it is to bring you a million dollars. The work remains within you and it is you who have all of the control over how fast or slow a pot of gold will flow into your life.

If you can hold yourself in a place where you feel as if that pot of gold is your birthright and really feel as if it is already yours, then not only will that gold arrive faster, but it may arrive in ways which do not require any effort from your behalf.

Think of this for a moment. Are you worried that you will run out of oxygen? Do you walk around trying to gather as much air as you can just in case? No of course you don’t. And that’s because you have a strong expectation of oxygen being available in abundance. You do not have to work hard at getting more oxygen synthesized, you simply expect it and it is there.

It’s the same with transport. You expect there to be transport and you expect there to be food and you expect there to be water, need I go on? There are many things that you expect and therefore you experience. If you could be the same with your money and other things that you want, then there really is no effort required.

Once you’ve lined up with what you want, it will come. You should now just enjoy the process of it coming to you and have full faith that it is yours. Imagine it and play with it. Have fun creating it and shaping it. Define it even more with your imagination until its perfect. The universe will yield it to you, the only way that it won’t give it to you is if you hold yourself apart from your desire.

Have fun and lighten up, you have endless time to achieve your desires and endless resources to help you.

I don't personally believe that you can just sit down, do nothing, and just think up your desires and then achieve them. It is true that the more you think, and the more emotion you put into something, you will attract via the Law of Attraction, but what I think is that you are attracting the possibility and making it more likely. You are opening the door to be able to achieve what you desire when you attract something, but it is ultimately up to you to walk through it. For example, if by the Law of Attraction you attracted financial abundance into your life... I highly doubt a check for a million dollars will show up at your doorstep, but perhaps that high paying job you've always been hoping for will become available to you... but it is still up to you to accept it.

Law of Attraction - Rising Above Negative Emotions

We all have negative emotions. They are part of the yin-yang of life. It's when they begin to take over that we find we are not attracting what we wish into our lives. The Law of Attraction works best when negative emotions are not in play, so what can we do to mitigate them or change them to a positive emotion.

Here are a few hints:

1. Change the thought: Yes, just like that. Acknowledge, for example, that you are feeling angry and then change the thought to something more positive. Within any bad situation there is a good aspect, remember the yin-yang? Look for the good, and discard the rest. This takes practice and you may be shaky at first when doing it, but the often you do the easier it becomes.

2. Exercise your body: If you can get up and move. If you are in a position to do so do some more strenuous exercise. It will clear your mind, and the endorphins will make you feel good. It's harder to hold onto negative emotions when you are feeling good.

3. Relax yourself: Unclench your teeth and consciously relax your body. If you are in a position to do so, or at least at the end of the day, meditate. Yoga is also a good way to relax because it combines both body movement and relaxation techniques.

4. Do something for somebody else and don't expect anything in return: there are numerous studies that indicate by doing unconditionally we do get a reward. The endorphins that are released during exercise are similar to those that are released when we act in charity.

5. Feel Gratitude: At the end of the day get out a pen and paper, and write a list of five things you are grateful for. It can be as simple as the flower in the vase on your desk. You'll be surprised how much better this simple act can make you feel.

Negative emotions can take over our lives and destroy the balance of our emotions if we are not careful. By changing the emotion, whether it be by changing the thought, exercising your body, relaxing yourself, being charitable, or feeling gratitude, you will feel better. As a side-benefit you will begin to see the Law of Attraction working more fully in your life.

While I don't know or put any stock into the “yin-yang” life, I do believe that we must follow the advice that Trudy gives us. Changing the way you think, or your perspective on things can mean the world of difference when you're trying to feel differently about something. Exercise, while many people are conditioned to be against it, is something that is important to everyone's health (and mental health for that matter) and should be done for at least thirty consecutive minutes a day. Gratitude is another big one that works hand-in-hand with the Law of Attraction. Being a Christian, I feel as though it is ridiculous to be thankful to the universe because whenever there is talk of the “universe” when it comes to the Law of Attraction, I see it as God. I give thanks to God and that's where my gratitude comes into play. As long as we remember to actively try to stop our negative emotions and replace them with good ones, you'll start to see an increase in the rate at which you attract the good into your life.

Attracting the Law of Abundance Using the Law of Attraction

One of the concepts central to the Law of Attraction is that the things you think become reality.

You don’t have to look far to see the laws of abundance.

The universe is always producing, growing and expanding. There is no lack or limitation in this universe. To even grasp this principle, why don't we just look blade of grass. The life span of a blade of grass is only approximately 5 to six months in many regions. It started out as a seed, and then grew with a supply of sunshine and water as it grows and matures. It begins to produce seeds, hundreds of them and the cycle continues year after year, century after century. This just shows the law of abundance in action

So we can ask a question “what are you abundantly attracting?” If you are not experiencing the kind of abundance that you desire, there must be a reason. If you are thinking, I don't have anything. Then the law of abundance is operating exactly what you are focusing on and asking it to give you.

If you complain you have no money, then you will have no money. If you say “I can't lose weight”, then guess what, you won’t lose weight. So what do we do to get the law of abundance and law of attraction in action? What you want to do first is visualize exactly what you want. It needs to be a crystal clear what you want and what your visualization is. If you have a problem with crystal clear visualizing, then put up lots of pictures up on a cork board or on the wall.

The Universal Law of attraction and abundance tells you that you have to be crystal clear in your visualization. If you want an extra $1000 next week, put up a $1,000 bill and start doing something that can create that extra $1000. You may not know what will make that $1000 but act on something. Do an action and then it will be clear to you.

If you sit back and wish, it will never happen.

So do an action now. Action, Action and More Action
